Looking for Agents that know creative finance
I want to go buy multi-family properties using owner financing and/or subject to. Looking for agents that can help me find properties on the MLS and know how creative finance works. Are there any agents here that can help me out? I'm in Southern California, so I'd like to invest out-of-state.
