Hi Walter, I have seen other investors share deals on here before, It may have just been through forum posts with all of the numbers though, I am not sure if there is a dedicated section for that. I don’t believe we have connected before, but I would definitely love to hop on a call and hear more about your plans! I am currently in a position finishing up stabilizing my first building and looking for my next small commercial property with a partner in a specific part of MA, and actively learning about partnerships and putting teams and systems together!
