MF Investment Question

Posted

Do you think there is currently a high increase in the MF syndication investing sphere, more than we’ve ever had before, a saturation these days (due to social media outreach with so many courses teaching both active and passive MF syndication compounded by the pandemic effect) that we’ve reached or are reaching a point where there is less supply of the type of properties with the criteria that MF investors specifically look for? When it comes time to sell, typically who buys? Another investor? Are these usually passed from investor to investor? Would another investor be less inclined given that there may be no more “meat on the bone” and therefore limited in their value add appreciation strategy? Would this indicate a challenge in selling? Do investor sellers not put as much emphasis on the type of buyer as long as they have a willing buyer at their criteria so that their investor goals/requirements are fulfilled.

Just wondering as a beginner MF. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
