Lead generation and skip tracing engines

Hello I made a recompilation from this forum about skip tracing tools:

BatchLeads.  Reiskip.  Popstream. Propelio.  Invelo. Bestskoptracer. Listsource Flippster. VA4rei. foreclosure.com and SkipFast

Any feed back on these ones. I'm trying to get something that is not too expensive but accurate and user friendly. Probably is difficult to say which one is the best if you have only used one. Yet I can get an idea with everybody's feedback.
