Property manager needed in Cedar Rapids, IA

We currently have a 17 unit multi family apartment buildings in Lisbon, IA just east of Cedar Rapids that we are looking for property manager referrals. We are having some issues with our current manager in relation to getting things done when problems arise. 

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
