Hey guys and gals! I have made the decision to become a real estate investor and landlord. I am not on the fence. I have been looking for and analyzing properties. I am in the position to be able to start off doing this full time thanks to my amazing wife (We aren't going to starve because I decided that I am done leasing my time for a wage). I have found a portfolio of 150+ units that is already 90% occupancy in the city that I live. I knew that I was going to have to learn how to raise capital in my journey, but that time is already here. I would absolutely love some insight from the community! Even better... I would love a point guard to pass me the ball so that I can make this slam dunk happen.
