Underwriting platform for multi family properties
Hello everyone! I’m looking for suggestions for an underwriting platform I could subscribe to for analyzing multifamily properties. Any suggestions??

The question is what size of properties are you looking to underwrite? BP calculator would not be a good solution for multifamily properties with more than a few units.
