Syndications, are they safe?

Interested in any feedback in regards to passive investment Syndications? Any recommendations to any reliable companies? I’m currently interested in Cardone Capital, but I just began my research and have not compared them to any other company. Considering so much talk about a housing decline, is right now a bad time to invest with a syndication? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!

Syndications are as safe as the operator running them. If you trust your operator then in most cases the syndication will be a good investment. In my experience, you also have to buy into the vision and the plan for the project is. Aligned visions are key for success when investing with these types of passive assets because you are entrusting all of your investment to someone else.
