Holyoke duplex renovation costs
Hi everyone, I have a 2800 sqft multifam that I'm looking at. Apartments need full cosmetic updates, Kitchen, 1 bath, floor, paint, appliances. Each unit is 1400 sqft. Im used to Boston area reno costs but have 0 idea what they're like here.
