Is anybody here investing in the Port St Lucie/Jensen Beach/Stuart area of the Treasure Coast and would like to share tips/tricks/strategies that might help me obtain my first multi-family purchase ever in this area? I'd like to acquire one using an FHA loan, occupying one unit and renting out the others in a 2, 3, or 4 unit property. I appreciate your time. Thanks!
