I have been looking up some syndication deals and came across this sponsor - Hudson Capital Properties.

Has anyone worked with them before?

Have you seen their new deal in Raleigh? any weak points in their deal?

And the bigger question would be, would you invest in this market, or you would sit on the sidelines for more placid waters.
