Semi-New REI Looking to Network *Cleveland*

Pretty new to real estate investing. I have been renting out my first house in Baton Rouge,LA for the past 3 years. Been a board lurker and podcast listener for a bit finally decided I need to put some of my thoughts into action. Looking to get into getting into multi-family properties. Been living in Cleveland for the past 3 years this is the 6th different state I have lived in. The field of work I’m in requires me to jump from company to company every 3 or 4 years so figure I start buying some multi family properties at each one of my stops.  Looking to build a team and network with folks that knows the Cleveland or Ohio market well. Don’t have much to offer in return but if your a Browns fan I can make it worth your time.

I have extensive experience and a great team there, Nothing I am not aware of in the Cleveland markets, happy to share my experience. Just last week I picked up 9 more doors, Buying everything we can in certain areas.
