2-4 unit multifamily in Baltimore

Tony Allen
Posted

Hi all. I am a new real estate investor and interested in househacking/purchasing my first multi-family as a 2-4 unit as my primary residence and renting out the other units. Does anyone have suggestions on sourcing multi-family properties in the Baltimore area? I see many on MLS/Redfin/Zillow but feel they are not priced well. I would like to know some ways people are able to find good deals?

@Tony Allen  Do you live in Baltimore ?   If not read this https://foxbaltimore.com/news/...

All I can say about Baltimore is High taxes , high insurance rates , high crime , high water bills , worst schools in the state . You couldnt pay me to live there  ( grew up in Balto) .  The outlying counties offer more .
