Need Help Evaluating/financing a Multifamily

I have been following/learning and am ready to evaluate my first property. There are some questions in the free tools for evaluating that I don't have access too. I feel like my property is a good opportunity but would like someone with experience to help walk me through the process. I know 'hand holding' is basically sharing intellectual property but isn't this the purpose of Bigger Pockets, to have a community to learn from and grow with?
