Seeking Build to Own Multifamily Developer
I am looking for Build to Own multifamily investment opportunities. I have invested with Fourplex Investment Group (FIG) several times and like their model. Are there any similar developers of multifamily properties where the multifamily unit is built with my construction loan and then converted to a 30 year loan, and in the end I own the property, it is not a syndication investment?. I have searched for a FIG like option with another developer but have not found one. Do you know of any such developers you can direct me to?
