Would you leave a playground that is already on a multi family property? or is that too much liability?

What condition is it in? What is it made of? Is it a commercial grade or residential? Does it have the foam matts on the ground? Have you talked to your insurance agent? Are there any city codes regarding playground equipment in privately owned complexes?
