Multifamily focused masterminds?

Hi BP community,

I'm looking to connect with more folks who primarily investing in multifamily properties. Do you know of any real estate mastermind groups or networking communities that primarily discuss multifamily investing? I'm in Texas, but open to groups that meet virtually across the US. Highly recommend looking into the Jake and Gino community. They have a great education and mastermind platform, Wheelbarrow Profits. Detailed information about every aspect of the business with a lot of high level people who are more than willing to help you along the journey. Good opportunities for partnerships and education. But as with any mastermind, what you get out of it is all about how much you put into it. If you put in the work, are coachable, and willing to learn then you'll get A LOT out of it.

I have heard great things about the Multifamily Mindset. They have an extensive mastermind group that are actively putting deals together! I would highly encourage local meetups as well. I actually learned about the group at a meetup in Austin, TX.

There are so many "gurus" out there....REI is great but its been damn hard to find one who's genuine and candidly isn't full of sh*t. Has anyone found a coach who is genuine, credible, knows their stuff and has seen his/her students be successful? Thank you.
