LTR in Florida

Hi Everyone,

I am looking to invest in my first multifamily property between 5-10 units. Florida is the first market I was looking into. Does anyone know of good cash flow markets in Florida? I was looking at Kissimmee, Port Saint Lucie, and Fort Lauderdale. Kissimmee seems to be more focused on STR but wanted to know if there are inventory of multifamily there.
