Duplex Rental Income Calculation
When estimating the rental income for a Duplex using the rent estimator tool on BiggerPockets should I select Duplex on the drop down or use the apartment selection and get the rent estimate for each unit separately and add them together? When using the Duplex selection the rental income seems to be low.
