Pitch Deck Samples - Multifamily

Jeff Daniels
Posted

Hey peeps, I have partnered with a long time and very successful operator in the Memphis Tennessee area.  We are currently raising capital for a syndication deal with them.  However, I need to structure a more formal pitch deck.

Does anyone have a well put together multi-family deck they would be willing to share?  I can also share the details of the deal once we have it finalized.

Hi Jeff, snag an offering memorandum from your market and take out the property info that's present, and then replace it to include info about the current deal, team, entry, cash flow, and exit strategy.

That's my recommendation, by grabbing a memorandum from your area all the important market stats will be there as well as the template, and then you can just plug in your info. I'm wishing you luck! Let me know if you want some help pitching it and setting it up. Amara
