Section8 Multifamily Building with HUD HAP Contract
Looking to connect with an experienced multifamily investor/syndicator that has experience with Multifamily buildings that have Section8 HAP contracts with HUD.
We are under contract on a 37 unit, will be our first fully Section8 building, and have a couple other deals we are actively pursuing at the moment.
Main questions are around navigating the different renewal options, and working with HUD at renewal time. Properties are all in Minnesota.
