First Time Muti Family transaction - Looking for a checklist

I am buying a 10Unit Multi Family for the first time and looking for a checklist to make sure I am not missing anything. This is what I have checked so far!

- Rental Roll

- Last 3 year P&L

- Inspection Report 

- Environmental Inspection Report

What else I am missing?
