Crime in Tulsa, OK

Posted

I'm new to the Tulsa, OK market. Looking to buy 2+ units and open to 50+ units in B areas and better. Can you help me with where the bad areas and good areas are? Has anyone made any videos on this? Thanks!!

You're prepared to purchase up to 50 units but there's no money in the budget to go out there yourself and get a feel for the market?
