Hi, I'm looking at apartments near Waverly in Lansing and was wondering what type of neighborhood that is. I'm from Hawaii, but found a few places that make sense financially, but still doing my due diligence. I'm currently reviewing the OM, T12, and rent rolls. Is this area landlord friendly?
