Anyone here have experience in ground up small multifamily 20 or less units? Looking at a few projects and open to sharing GP if something comes together.

Hi Shafi, 

I do ground up duplexes so far but will likely be moving into larger projects down the road. I have a couple of connections that build larger ground up multi family in the Houston area.
