I am interested in beginning my real estate investing journey and am interested in a mentor. I primarily want to begin in the section 8 space and would love for anyone with the knowledge and expertise to guide me in this process. @Casey Hampton your local Housing Commissions should have websites that you can use to educate yourself.

If you want someone to spoon-feed you, there are several S8 "gurus" that will charge you to basically summarize what you can learn on your own.
