Looking for ideas how to buy more properties

Hello, 

I have a condo and a 3 flat that i recently purchased but in the recent months more properties have come on the market that I see get value in purchasing and keeping them in my portfolio but the only thing that’s stopping me from making the purchases is the money issue. Any advice on loans or anything would be truly appreciated.

Slow down, get these 4 units stabilized, get some traction, and wait. There will be deals to be found next year too.
