Multi-Family Market in Norwich, CT

Posted

Hey all!

This is my first post here, looking into buying my first deal, a tri-plex in Norwich, CT. I have an off-market deal that seems fairly promising to be mine—wanted to reach out and get opinions on the rental market there. I have heard it's relatively consistent with cheap housing (cash flow comes to mind). The numbers I ran yield a decent 300-450 cash flow depending on how conservative I want to be with reserve and property management fees.

Does anyone have experience in this market (Norwich or New London county)? Any word on corporate/commercial development in the downtown area of Norwich? Any info to help aid my decision will help!

Looking forward to connecting with some of you.

Thanks!

Hi Kevin, I own property in Norwich and New London and would be happy to chat about the pro's and con's of these markets. Feel free to shoot me a text and we can set up a time to talk!
