GP Interest Brokerages
I'm looking to find brokerages (or anyone with a listing really!) specializing in GP interests in TN and SC. I work with a property developer, builder, and manager and we're looking to purchase GP interests in both states. We focus on LIHTC complexes but are open to other types of investments. Let me know who you would recommend!
