Good Day Everyone.

I've only owned a couple sfh am middle-aged and not sure I agree with flipping sfh at this point to create wealth, time freedom and passive income so I have been reading and there seems to be a lot of talk with multi-families and more specifically apartment investing.

For someone staying out, what are your thoughts on paid coaching? Are these programs upwards of $25,000 worry it to FastTrack you on learning the business, get coaching and into a deal while providing access to a network worth it?

Spend $50 and read the to; three books about real estate syndication. Read a text on real estate principles, law, and finance.  Then search the internet and read 50 articles about syndication from various sources.  Contact a few syndicators as an investor, and ask all question you have.  You now will have a better understanding of syndication than anyone taking a guru course.
