Direct-Mail Marketing- Building a List
Looking on using Direct-Mail Marketing for Off-market properties, any recommendations on which real estate investor list to buy to target the Tampa Bay area? I have couple of lists but not sure which one to start with.

Not a helpful comment but lists are mostly useless. They float around for years and become outdated. Those that are actually good, get called upon/mailed/emailed an obscene amount by other investors.
