I have l 1.6 acres close to Northshore/downtown Chattanooga TN.
Currently zoned RTZ.
Zoning could be changed.
I bring land or partial value.
Looking to partner with Experience team/developer for either single-family/townhome or high density multifamily.
Preferably high density multifamily.
*12 townhomes
*8 single families.
*High density 24 to 40 units.
