Does anyone have feedback that they can share regarding their experience with the Michael Blank mentoring program?  Good or bad?  Thanks!

Not specific to this particular coaching program but I am generally skeptical of anyone who teaches others how to GP multi-family real estate transactions. You either have the balance sheet to GP or you don't. No coaching program can provide that. The consequence: using deceptive tactics to bolster your resume and track record.  Another commonality amongst most of these coaches is their unwillingness to represent they own real estate. They always are "managers", or "control" or "oversee" thousands of units....what does that even mean?
