Rental Unit Set Up

Hi! I own a Duplex that is under my personal name. I went through NACA, and I'm not allowed to transfer it into an LLC. However, I'm gearing up to rent one of the Units. Should I put the lease in my personal name or create an LLC for a rental business model?

I decided to use Turbo Tenant for my Lease etc.
