4 plex high water bills
Good morning everyone I have recently closed on my 1st 4 plex in a A+ neighborhood. I have recently received a few surprise change in costs like an increase in insurance by 1300 a yr and a newly higher then expected water bill that I was not planning for. I was profiting close to 1,000 a month now is closer to 700. Heat and water are included and I'm thinking about adding an additional fee to cover some costs for the heat or water as the rent prices I'm charging are pretty much on the high end.
