Storm water/Septic tanks/parking... 8 unit multifamily
I just submitted my plans to the counties pre zoning/permitting office for approval. In talking with them, each unit will require two parking spots and depending on permeable/semi-permeable options, will require storm water modifications. Any advice with this? Budget semi-permeable ideas welcome.
The next hurdle will be septic tanks, sewer not an option. The property will be 8 units, all two bed one bath. Any prior experience/advice?
