We highly recommend contacting LandlordCollections. They specialize in helping landlords like you recover unpaid rent and other debts once your tenant vacates the unit. Their expertise in this area can significantly increase your chances of success and tarnish the credit score of the tenant. Many Collection Agencies do not handle Tenant Debt.

i have not identified any others that have this focus
