Hello,

I'm curious to know when you are raising money who pays the investors their cash flow distributions? Is the PM, bookkeeper, or accountant?

To do the actual distribution it's usually you do it yourself, or the property management company can handle it for you.

I have my property management manage the distributions. I tell them how much to distribute and they will send it out via the ACH on file.

There are other investor management platforms like IMS that will do it for you. Banks will also do a bulk ACH for you if you provide them with a NACHA file.
