Umbrella Policy to cover 65 units (11 buildings)

I'm having some difficulty finding an umbrella policy that will cover us. We have 63 units in 11 buildings.

To make it a little more complicated....some are owned in our names, but some are in LLC's (3 total LLC's).

I've called my local agent who insures the smaller buildings (under 4 units). The agent there said she can't help us with so many units.

I've called all the other agents in my area too...no luck (waiting for a few to call back). We live in a pretty rural area (Upper Peninsula of Michigan)...not a lot of options locally.

Any suggestions here? Our policies have 500k to 1m coverage for each building, but with this many assets, and because we manage them ourselves, I feel the need for more coverage.
