Apartment Building Dead Space

I recently purchased an 11-unit apartment building in Champaign, IL. The building is a stand alone apartment building in a mainly residential area. The building consists on 11 1-unit apartment building with each unit consisting of about 450 sq ft. The building was built in the late 1950's.

Current amenities are onsite parking and laundry.

In the lower level of the building just off of the laundry area, there is about 200sq ft room of absolutely nothing. (14x14.5)

What should I do with this space? What could I add to my property that would either add income or improve the ability to rent my units?

Thanks,

--J

A couple ellipticals, a treadmill, and a tv. Now you offer a gym! Put a sports drink and water bottle vending machine in there, and now you have an extra source of income.
