Internet For Detached Unit

I have a property in Naples, FL that has a primary unit in the front, and a detached unit in the backyard. I have been using Xfinity for years because they allow for 2 modems considering the back unit can't use the WiFi from the front unit. However, Xfinity recently changed their policy and no longer allow 2 modems for one address, which is frustrating because I am paying the same price, so now one of my units is without internet access. I have thought about trying to run a hard wire from the main property to the back property, but I was hoping someone here might have a more professional solution. I have tried looking into other ISP's, but most of them (Spectrum, CenturyLink, T-Mobile, Verizon) don't even service my property yet because we don't have fiber laid yet.

Has anyone had any experience with this? If so, how did you handle it?

Thank you.
