I’m new to real estate investing and have done some preliminary research. I want to become well-versed in buy and hold multi-family rental properties before getting started.

Does anyone have book recommendations, courses, podcasts, or other resources that helped you learn about real estate investing before you began?

Ken McElroy has some great books. I would start there.
