Estimating repair cost on a fourplex

So I'm looking into a four plex roughly around 2700 sqft it pretty much a shell I'm Tryin to guesstimate the rehab primarily on the  three major mechanical of the property replumbing/rewiring/hvac I'm guessing eight of the back each unit will have its own ac unit any advise

I really like Kevin's approach, it is practical and gives you a chance to get familiar with every line item. Could take some time but that is what is needed in many instances. David, have you spent anytime and estimated line items with chatgpt or axiomsuites.com?
