Multi Families under 200k
Hey,
I am in the process of selling my condo in norman, oklahoma. i will have to put my money in a 1031 exchange. I am looking to buy in a market where i can invest in a duplex or triplex. I did look on chatgpt and it said that toledo, ohio, Cleveland, Oh, Akron, oh, South Bend, IN and Peoria, IL are the best places in the midwest to invest. does anyone know any other places to look?

I've done a lot of investment property lending in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Possible to buy a duplex under $200K. A good idea to do your research on areas as they vary. Happy to connect to discuss further.
