Tenant back rent collection agencies?

I am looking for a list of collection agencies that are focused on collecting back rent from tenants. Who else provide landlords with the ability to help recover debts owed by former tenants, as well as to warn potential new landlords that their rental applicant owes money to their former landlord by posting the debt with the credit bureau.

Small claims judgements used to be the primary way to show tenant debts, but these files have been removed from the Public Records section of a consumer’s credit report as of 2017, leaving collections as the only way to legally display debts owed by tenants to landlords
