Hi all, I'm Laurie and a complete beginner. I'm looking for recommendations for a broker or lender that deals with DSCR. Preferably in the Minneapolis or western suburbs area. What is it that you like about them and their process? I need someone patient, is ok with a lot of questions and someone I can trust to walk me through my first purchase. Thank you!
