3 unit multi new construction/ GC Self for $120/sqft
Anyone attempt to build a 3 Unit Multi (2/1, 2/1, 2/1) stacked property for $120/sqft. I am a GC and have the opportunity to build on city owned lots with 10 year tax abatement. To make the deal happen I would need to build for $120/sqft, I think it is doable however plans are needed for an accurate take off and estimate to stick build. I was looking at PreFab but they just got crazy with their numbers
