Converting Apartments to Condos

I own a 6 unit apartment building in Hartford CT. I'm interested in possibly converting the units to condos, then selling the individual units. I'm not familiar with the process and I want to research this more, to see if it's even a good strategy for my situation.

Does anyone have experience with this? I would love to talk to someone who recently went through this.

Thanks!

Unfortunately the numbers don’t work for Hartford as there is little demand for condos.  Now, if your property was in West Hartford, the demand would be there.
