Learning Underwriting Multifamily in Texas/Looking for group to learn from.
Been learning underwriting for small multifamily properties on my own (20 units max). Studying to understand the market in San Antonio Texas. Can anyone recommend a process i should follow to better understand the market? Also, does anyone know of any real estate groups that meet virtually that offer any guidance or mentorship. I am also open to paying for 1 on 1 mentorship if possible.
