Hello all, 

I’ve been talking with a lot of multifamily owners recently, and it’s interesting how different everyone’s biggest challenge is.

For some, it's finding reliable technicians, for others it's getting vendors to actually show up. Some say after-hours emergencies, while some feel turns and work order backlog are the biggest drain on NOI.

What’s the one maintenance issue that causes you the most frustration?

Not necessarily the most expensive—but the one that creates the biggest operational headache.

I’m curious to see if there’s a common theme across the community.
